Submit screenshots from the app and clear, quality photos of the prepared food, proving that:
  • You ate according to the program's instructions for at least 7 consecutive days (for monthly and longer subscriptions). Provide photos of the 7-day meal menu and clear photos of each meal;
  • You ate according to the program's instructions for at least 5 consecutive days (for 4-week subscriptions). Provide photos of the 5-day meal menu and clear photos of each meal; or
  • You ate according to the program's instructions for at least 3 consecutive days (for weekly and bi-weekly subscriptions). Provide photos of the 3-day meal menu and clear photos of each meal.
Important Statement Please note that only fulfilling the above-mentioned requirements will entitle you to a refund under the Money-back Guarantee. For the avoidance of doubt, this Money-back Guarantee does not apply in other situations. 2. General Return Rules We value any feedback and strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with our products and services. However, if you are not completely satisfied with our services, you may be eligible for a refund according to the conditions presented here.
