visit our website www.persikas.com (hereinafter – the Website), use our mobile
application (hereinafter – the App), contact us via social media, use our
services under the Persikas.com rules (hereinafter – the Terms) or otherwise
use our services.
By visiting, registering and ordering services on our Website, you entrust us
with your personal data and grant us the right to collect, process and store
it within the scope, by the methods and for the purposes set out in this
Policy.
In this Policy you will find all information about what data we collect and
process, what we use it for, how long we keep it and other important
information. We hope you will carefully read this Policy and the Terms. If
you do not agree with the Terms, this Policy or any of their provisions, we
will not be able to provide you with the opportunity to use all or any of the
services provided by Persikas.

this Policy, the Law of the Republic of Lithuania on the Legal Protection of
Personal Data, and other applicable legal acts.
By providing on the Website your personal data as well as health-related data
(health condition/illnesses, measurements, height, weight) which may affect
the creation of nutrition plans, training plans, provision of learning
materials or a decision not to create them, you agree that Persikas will
manage and process such data in accordance with the purposes, means and
procedure set out in this Policy and in legal acts.
What data do we process and why?
Registration for a personal plan, nutrition / weight-loss challenges, trainings / platform.
When you register for our services, order a nutrition plan, a training
program or a subscription and agree to the Terms, you provide us with your
questionnaire answers (which may include special categories of personal data
related to your health, age, height and weight, target weight, physical
activity, health disorders), as well as your first name and last name, e-mail
address and phone number.
Based on your data, we create nutrition plans, send them to you, provide
seminar and challenge materials, and send information about news related to
our informational activities, recipes and articles.
For the purposes of subscribing to our services and providing them, we
process your questionnaire information, as well as your e-mail address, phone
number, bank account number and payment information, purchase history, as
well as other registration information.
We also use the contact details provided in your questionnaire (e-mail) for
service provision and communication with you, including responding to your
inquiries and comments, providing you with important information about
services, their provision and/or changes to this Policy, and contacting you.
We receive this data directly from you, and the legal basis for processing is
your consent and the necessity to perform a contract with you. Providing
certain registration data is mandatory; if you do not provide it, we will not
be able to assess your individual situation and you will not be able to use
our services.
We will process this data for as long as you use the services and for 5 years
after your last visit to the Website or login to your account. We may keep
your consent and evidence of it for a longer period if necessary to defend
ourselves against claims, complaints or lawsuits made against us.
