By visiting, registering and ordering services on our Website, you entrust us with your personal data and grant us the right to collect, process and store it within the scope, by the methods and for the purposes set out in this Policy.



In this Policy you will find all information about what data we collect and process, what we use it for, how long we keep it and other important information. We hope you will carefully read this Policy and the Terms. If you do not agree with the Terms, this Policy or any of their provisions, we will not be able to provide you with the opportunity to use all or any of the services provided by Persikas.

Persikas collects and processes your personal data listed in the Policy on the following legal grounds:

By providing on the Website your personal data as well as health-related data (health condition/illnesses, measurements, height, weight) which may affect the creation of nutrition plans, training plans, provision of learning materials or a decision not to create them, you agree that Persikas will manage and process such data in accordance with the purposes, means and procedure set out in this Policy and in legal acts.



What data do we process and why?

Registration for a personal plan, nutrition / weight-loss challenges, trainings / platform.
When you register for our services, order a nutrition plan, a training program or a subscription and agree to the Terms, you provide us with your questionnaire answers (which may include special categories of personal data related to your health, age, height and weight, target weight, physical activity, health disorders), as well as your first name and last name, e-mail address and phone number.

Based on your data, we create nutrition plans, send them to you, provide seminar and challenge materials, and send information about news related to our informational activities, recipes and articles.

For the purposes of subscribing to our services and providing them, we process your questionnaire information, as well as your e-mail address, phone number, bank account number and payment information, purchase history, as well as other registration information.

We also use the contact details provided in your questionnaire (e-mail) for service provision and communication with you, including responding to your inquiries and comments, providing you with important information about services, their provision and/or changes to this Policy, and contacting you.

We receive this data directly from you, and the legal basis for processing is your consent and the necessity to perform a contract with you. Providing certain registration data is mandatory; if you do not provide it, we will not be able to assess your individual situation and you will not be able to use our services.

We will process this data for as long as you use the services and for 5 years after your last visit to the Website or login to your account. We may keep your consent and evidence of it for a longer period if necessary to defend ourselves against claims, complaints or lawsuits made against us.

It is very important that the questionnaire data you provide is accurate and correct. We process your first name, last name, e-mail address, the content of your inquiry (event you are contacting us about, its circumstances, date, place, your request, demand or feedback), your account information and other data related to the inquiry or necessary to resolve it / provide a reply (e.g., purchase data, photos, etc.).

We use your data only to properly and objectively examine your inquiry, provide you with the necessary information, answer your questions, and resolve your requests or demands. We may also analyze inquiry data to improve our operations and service quality, taking into account your opinion and suggestions.

We process and store your inquiry and related data until we examine the inquiry, provide you with a response and implement the decisions made, and also for up to 6 (six) months after resolving the inquiry, but not shorter than:

  • - Facebook private messages – 6 months

If a legal dispute is initiated due to the inquiry or there is a likelihood of such a dispute, we may store your data longer, until the limitation periods for filing a complaint or a claim provided by law expire and/or the final decision enters into force.

We may process the profile name, photo and reactions to the content we create or share (reactions, comments, shares) of users who communicate with us via our social media pages.

Legal basis – your consent. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time by removing or deleting your communication or comment entries.

In some cases, we may process the information specified in this section based on our legitimate interest, for example, to investigate disputes between you and us.

Personal data processed for this purpose will be stored as long as our or your social media account is active, except where you express a wish to delete your data earlier from our social media accounts.
